Demand Justice For LaVena Johnson

REMEMBERING LAVENA JOHNSON 6/27/1985 - 7/19/2005

OUR MISSING CHILDREN - HAVE YOU SEEN THEM?

The LaVena Johnson Media Campaign was launched on July 19, 2009 on Martin Luther King Jr. Day in an effort to raise the public awareness about the LaVena Johnson case. LeVena Johnson was a young woman who against her parents wishes, enlisted in the United States Army to serve her country. LaVena Johnson was an honor student in highschool who put off going to college because of her sense of duty and the tradition of military service in her family.

On July19, 2005 in Iraq, from an objective examination of evidence, it appears that PFC. LaVena Johnson was brutally attacked, raped and murdered. The U.S. Army ruled the case a homicide despite the forensic evidence and the insistence of her friends, family and fellow soldiers that PFC. Johnson was not suicidal.

The members of this network have pledged to raise awareness of the circumstances of her case and to work to let our elected officials know that the U.S. Army's ruling is unacceptable and that a re-opening of her case and proper investigation is demanded.

This network will provide tools for members to take action by emailing, faxing and calling the President of the United States and members of Congress to take action now. This campaign is a way for all interested parties to coordinate and consolidate efforts to achieve the goal of getting justice for PFC. LaVena Johnson and similar cases.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. – Martin Luther King Jr.

emilylittle3933 You should be ashamed

You should be ashamed of yourself. This website was set up to bring attention to this young lady and the way the US Army has treated her death and family. It is not a place for you to set up shop and try to scam people with your useless products. Shame on you.
